Forceful withdrawal from MIS/SB account

Dear sir,

I possess a joint MIS along with my elder sister, Dr. Kamlesh Dwivedi in Canal Office Post Office (Sichai Vibhag). I have deposited this money to help my unmarried sister. My younger brother along with his brother-in-law, harassed and beat her to forcefully withdraw money from her SB account no. 696833. I have a fear that he could repeat the same act. Please give instructions to the sub-postmaster, Canal Office, Sichai Vibhag, that all joint accounts in the name of Dr. Harish Dwivedi and Dr. Kamlesh Dwivedi, should no longer have the facility of withdrawal by either or survivor. No money should be withdrawn without both of our signatures being present, so that she should not be able to withdraw all the money on her own (under force or duress).
