Refund amount paid Rs 30000

Sir,

I am kapil chopra would like to make a complaint against global visas, nehru place, new delhi.

i was not happy with the services and the staff was abusing me when we requested for our refunds.

the staff shouted at me, and due to such acts i decided to discontinue my services, as per the signed agreement i have paid INR 30000/ to them.

I donot want to avail any more services.

They have declined my request and i did not forward any of my documents for further process.

They have denied to refund the amount which i have paid to them and there staff were showing attitude, and they did hold my case for several days and they were unable to resolve it.

How i can get my refund from them?
