Collection of waste products and non maintenance of street roads

Sir, i am the resident of Lane No 8 North, Sub lane 2 East, Lachit Nagar, Guwahati, Assam 781007 hereby request the municipal authorities to make a proper monitoring of cleaning services and collection of roughage and wastage materials from each and every household irrespective of any extra amount been provided by few potential households. The collection vendors also misbehave on certain occassions if they are asked about their irregularities. They are assigned to collect the dumpage every day which is done either once or twice in a week. Their age old escuse is small size of wagons they bring to carry the materials. These people shift the entire burden towards the supervisors who are invisible people. Moreover they do not pick or groom any wastage materials lying on the streets. Infact, certain quantity of waste materials lying on the street roads is their act. There is no sweeper seen in any day of the year to sweep the drains and street roads. The drains are totally jammed creating the problem of germs and insects. The drinking water pumped by the GMC is near to nil, and the problem is added when certain households pull the water through their own electric pumps. There is none to see into this.
