Immediate restoration of drainage system

We are the permanent dweller of word no. 13 of GMC, Guwahati residing at Raghunath path, bye lane namghar path, Dhirenpara, Guwahati-25. we are very much sufferer of water lodging in this area. the road is very much muddy as GMC has not taken any initiative to make the road (Namghar path- bye lane of Raghunathpath) nor sending any labour to drain out the logged water which is not harming the people only by mud but also has become hazardous of out breaking maleria. Although there is enough potentiality to drain out the water connecting Bharalu river. I would like to request GMC authority to take up this road under their coverage and take immediate step to make the road walkable as we are paying taxes as has been paid by other areas of GMC then why we should be deprived of getting facilities of road. light and drainage system of GMC? immediate step is expedited from GMC, authority.
