This is a complaint on a traffic police officer. While coming out of chennai airport, towards meenabakkam,

there is a u turn immediately after the flyover. There is no direction or signal saying when to take u-turn

there. So i took u turn when the road was free and was caught by traffic police there. The fine for the offence is Rs. 50 (which i came to know from the charge sheet recently) while the police demanded 1150. Later he reduced it to 350 and then 200. So i paid 200 and asked him to give the receipt. He gave the receipt for Rs. 100 only and refused to write the full amount. The police notice serial number is 7989519. I dint note his name. The cash receipt for spot fine is 6028550. Necessary action should be taken against him.
