Customer Care, Contact Us, Feedback etc Never works

Dear Friends,

Let me share a common problem which almost all of you also might have encountered. I observed that the vital links tabs like Customer Care, Contact Us, Feedback etc of Government Enterprises like SBI / LIC / SEBI / IRDA / RBI etc never works. As a proof please try the Customer Feedback of LIC. And Contact number 022 27891018 Vashi LIC branch Navi Mumbai will never pick up the phone. I went to the branch to enquire and found that it was their boss's instruction not to pick up the Phone related to Customer querries.

Again the NASSCOM have given the prestigiuos award NASSCOM IT USER AWARD 2008 to the LIC. Let me ask one Question - how can they choose an organisation not maintaining the such most important links on it's website for the award? This clearly indicates LIC bribed the NASSCOM. When I try to give comments to the NASSCOM for the same I found that my Querry is not taken up by the NASSCOM website indicating not Valid Comments or Error. Do the NASSCOM predefined the Comments. Ridculous.

This is our INDIAN government.
