DELAY IN PASSPORT ISSUEING

I Abdul Sohail I am giving a complaint about my mother passport. My mother applied for the passport on 11th March in Mahaboob Nagar (SP Office) File No. HYD-Z450336-10. Police inquiry was done within 1 month of applying, till date not yet received passport. Every time i check for the passport status on the Internet it repeats the same statement "IT IS TO REGRET THAT DUE TO UNAVOIDABLE CIRCUMSTANCES THE DESPATCH OF PASSPORT HAS BEEN DELAYED AND WILL NOW BE DESPATCHED IN A WEEK'S TIME" Kindly update the status as soon as possible and Please inform me at my email abdulshl5@gmail.com
