Mukhiya is not working

Dear sir,

i am villager of Barma village. My mukhiya is not good.because he is very selfish man and he see only own development and not see to any one problem. Now Mukhiya election is coming then he gives all poors and old man money. Because he should vote in election. He gives light in Barma village only half village because that time only half village gives to vote him. He is a very dishonest Mukhiya.please take action on this matter seriously.
