Colony Problem

In the New Coloni Village Parsoli Teh. Begun Dist. Chittorgarh, there are many peoples trangressed to the Road by Putting the pebbles & unusefull material on the Road. Many times we compliant to gram panchyat parsoli but they do not take any action, and say to us that this is their own property but how it is possible that any person can trangressed the road in his own property. Due to trangressed there is no space for the trough (Gutter), and due to this the water from coloni is over flow to road which main route for the farmer and is now totally closed due to a huge water, peoples use a alternative path to go their farm. This water is also harmful for the peoples of the coloni because a derty water of long time produce maleria, So I request to you that please remove pebble from the Road.
