Water Wastage

Dear Sir,

In Dwarkanagar, 5th Lane in front of "Sriniketan Apartments", some people have drilled a hole to the water pipe line and made temporary arrangement to tap water. During water supply hour (s), most of the time water is left to go into the drain.

I request someone from the water supply department to take necessary action to avoid wastage of water.
