NO RESPONSE ON WRITTEN COMPLAINT FOR FIR

I submitted a written application dated 15 oct to SHO police station hazrat nizamuddin Mr. preet singh on 15 oct to file a FIR for theft of my jewellery (costing around Rs 60, 000) during entering the train at hazrat nizamuddin on 11 oct SHO refused to file FIR on the spot and told that your application will be sent to Delhi, we can give you receipt of application. He also added “TUM TO SASTE ME NIPAT GAYE YAHAN TO PAJAMA BHI UTAR LETE HAI”.the words that effect. I am serving in defense and presently posted in Chennai. I started for Chennai the same day i.e. 15 oct at 1600 hours. Till date there is no response from GRP hazrat nizamuddin police. sir please take concrete action on the concerned authorities and do the needful to us. I shall be grateful to you.
