Loss of bike

This is bring to you that i have lost my bike on 31 dec in faridabad in front of punjab national bank old faridabad.then i went to police station for registerring a complaint.my bike insurance got finish before this date. they said to me first u have made ur bike insurance then we would write a compaint.but i could no get insurace bcz it was illegal.after that i went to police staion 2 3 times but they did not register FIR

plz take some action againts this police guy
