3 PPF Saving Pass Books not despatched since 30.12.2010

3 PPF saving pass books bearing nos. 9378, 9379, 9380 of my son, Karun, Aarti & Yatish Dhiman, were despatched for transfer/change of address by Head Post Office on 30.12.2010 vide RL No.3691, to Gurgaon Head Post Office. But I am sorry to say that inspite of several visits to Head PO, Jagadhri, I have not received the same, as Gurgaon Head PO have not despatched these pass books till date.

Pl look into the matter and despatch the same at the earliest, to avoid further litigations.
