Bad state of road

I am resident of IAF road, Selaiyur. Recently the entire road was dug-up for laying drainage/sewage pipeline. Even after 2-3 weeks of completion of work, the road is not re-laid. The road now is only of mud-top. Unfortunately the soil composition here is of clay type, making the road extremely slippery and dangerous to walk or drive on, even when there is a slight shower of rain. Bikes and cars being stuck in the clay soil is becoming a everyday scene here.

I am not sure, if the authorities are waiting to lay a road after monsoon. If so, I request them to re-consider. We need the roads now, when its raining, not when its sunshine.
