Hello Sir,

We are having Gas Connection from H.S Gas Agency as per the goverment rule they need to book Gas in 22nd day expiry date but the person where there seating they dening for booking Gas Connection for coming month.

Last month we booked our gas on 30/09 & delivery date 04/10 as per goverment need to book after 21 days & they are saying our company rules changed now will book your gas on 28th day which is totaly wrong.

H.S Gas company timing is morning 9 to 12 & manager is not available before 11.30 AM.

They are very rude with them customers & said if you want then you can launch complain to consumer also but will not provide Gas before 28th day.
