Illegal Amount for admission

Sir,

Your officer is demanding Rs. 10000 on 03 March'10 for the admission in session 2010. He says that some amount to Chairman & some to others payble due to admission from back door. If You will unable to paid Rs. 10000 than your admission is not possible in life this is a instruction of Chairman.

Sir, I am helpless due to that condition i have no extra money to pay anywhere. we are looking forward to your side for above case. I want to appear in test but i assume that said people are creating problem.
