Respected Sir,

I would like to compliant on the Irregular construction in Kolathur. Am a resident of the same street, Next to my street. Haridoss 2nd street Irregular constructed building along with the shop has been established. As per CMDA rule Section 25 planning parameters Table 1 (ordinary residential building and other small buildings) they should construct at least abutting 1 m from all the sides including front side. But on the above address they not even a left 1 feet in all the sides and including front road side. In fact on the front side from the Corporation lamp post only half a feet has been left and the major part of the building coming up on the very close to road.

On the above I have already given a complaint to Chennai Corporation on the irregularities. Due irregular construction there is No Room for proper road way to that street Vehicle cannot pass through a lot of accident occur due to blocking the road.

My sincere request to enforcement cell to visit the location and restrict the construction and insist them to follow up the rules laid by the CMDA .
