Illegal pipes from unauthorised extended balconies

This is to inform and request to MCD that in DDA FLAT NO 69 B & 69 C in PD plock of pitampura pies for drinage is constucted from illegally constructed balconies from which rain water is coming on street in front of our house, due to this dirty water people cannot walk from street below balcony. I request to concern MCD officials to look into the matter and help us by removing illegal pipes from balcony.
