ILL LEGAL CONSTRUCTIONS

In my building a lot of ill legal constructions have been carried out, no one is bothered all these people have the money to pay the bribe, but what happens to the comman man, now the ill legal construction is out side my window where in the security and safety of my flat is hamperred, what are the authorities doing about all these ill legal constructions, do the people who have no money suffer in the hands of these corrupt people? is there some law and order in the country and is there any protection for women. I need immediate help and the authorities to look into the matter asap.
