Refund returned for Assessment year 2011 due to change of address

Dear Sir,

My PAN No is AAYPG2259Fand refund Rs 2640/- for assessment year 2011 (cheque no EQ8122202831N) was returned undelivered due to wrong House Address (Reference No CMPP6777360) dated April 19.

I have written e-mails, letter to CPC Banglore and tried to contact on Help Line but could not get contacted. Neither I am getting reply nor my refund. SBI-CPC Bombay responded and advised to

write CPC Banglore for refund.

My humble request to CPC Banglore to respond atleast so that I feel that I am heard.
