Imcome Tax Refund

I am yet to receive my IT refund for the assessment year 2007. The amount due is Rs. 13, 960. My PAN no is AKTPM7351F.

The concerned ward is 14 (1) Bangalore, Karnataka.

I have visited Income Tax office (Bellary Bhavan, Banagalore, Karnataka) multiple times, but I have not received any satisfactory answer regarding my returns.

When I asked to check in system, they told me that system is not able to accept the details with following error "Refund out of date, hence closed".

They asked me to come again and check with concerned officer. I have already visited office 5-6 times but everytime I visit

there, either the officer is not available or the system is down or they are not able to update the system with required details.

Everytime I travel 30 kms and took a office leave for the same but the officers are not concerned about anything and just

asking me to come again and again and check the same. I am going through mental pain and loosing faith in administration.

Whenever I dial phone number (080 23550537 ext 412) of the ward officer, it never got answered.

Request you to please look into this matter and bring it to logical conclusion asap.
