Hi,

I am Jai Prakash Mishra, PAN No - APJPM2921C, have not received the Refund of assessment year 09 till date.

It was e-filing and Ack No is: 29661920300708.

I have contacted my ward assessing officer, but they are not able to help me because their system is showing that "refund made".

But as per customer care conversation status is "refund back due to wrong communication address". They have given me a contact no of Refund Department, Bangalure as 080-26599760 as well as email id refunds@incometaxindia.gov.in. But no help from that side too.

No persone in concer department knows who will help for this.

I am helpless now. Please help me out for this.
