Income tax - PAN CARD
PAN CARD NOT RECEIVED BACK AFTER CORRECTION IN NAME

Sir,

I have applied for PAN CARD and it has been issued to me. But it is seen that my name in PAN card is not correct. I have given it back to Income Tax Dept. for correction in Name. But after lapse of 18 months also I have not recevied it back. My PAN Card No. is AVGPP5429F.
