NON DELIVERY OF CYLINDERS

I, sunil prabhakar thakur, am consumer of Indane Gas Agency. My Consumer No.45487.My distributor name is Sri Raghavendra Gas Agency. 404, CTH Road, Chennai-54 . The distributor never give

delivery ofthe cylinder at home. I have to take the delivery at their office and waster my three hours for takeing delivery. Almost 90 per cent of the consumers have to take the delivery persoally. Sometimes I have take the leave from the office for the purpose of taking deliery as the dealer do not give the home delivery.

You are requested to look into the matter and take the action against the distributor.
