DELIVERY OF THE COINS WAS SCHEDULED TO BE STARTED ON 01.11. THE INDIA GOVERNMENT MINT DID LITTLE CARE TO REPLY TO MY VARIOUS E-MAILS AND LETTERS REGARDING THE DELIVERY DATE OF SAID COINS
