DEDUCTION OF LTC AMOUNT

Respected sir,

1. I am madan sharma P/Nvk (QA) no. 03412-L serving in Indian coast Guard presently posted at ICGS Diglipur.

2. It is intimated that the amount 8583.00 and 859.00 have been deducted in SOE Jan 12 vide memo no. LTC MUM6 dt.30/06 and TA/DA MUM6 dt.30/06 respectively which are not understood.

3. It is pertinent to mentioned that LTC of 9 and 11 was settled in soe. It is requested that matter may be verified and deducted amount may be credited to the forth coming soe to avoid financial hard ship to us.
