Excess Duty charged on import of second hand watch

I have purchased one watch on Ebay (Internet). The actual cost of watch being second hand is paid as 129.99$= 6315Rs and transport cost of 45$, we have received the parcel on 18th December mentioning custom duty of 2043 100Rs Which is too high for second hand watch costing Rs 6315. We have paid the duties so that we can check the parcel as it is coming from USA and the product is to be checked and returned within 3 days if is faulty.

We are having all the details of the transactions done between us and seller which can be presented. Kindly reconsider the case and refund the appropriate amount. If required the actual product can be presented to the office of customs for review.
