The Gas cylinder supplied by IOC is getting leak while applying the regulator due to poor quality of rubber washer fitted in the cylinder nob. The service for rectification is also getting delayed for shortage of man power in the supplying agencies. After giving the complaint over phone on 02-01 it is not yet rectified.
Due to the cost cutting or making profit motivation, the service to the consumer is questioned and forced to take risk on their lives.
