Leakage - not attending

Eing a consumer bearing number 8289 of M/S SAI PRASAD GAS AGENCY, 1/6 VYAPAR VIHAR, BILASPUR, CG - 37403490 reported for leakage of gas from regulator in the morning at about 10-30 am. today i.e. 16.08.2011 though it is occurring from 13.08.2011. But as up to 17.30 no one attended in spite of promise, when i rang again, it was replied that it is not possible to attend today - no manpower we are having now. Is it the service of an organization like repute and that also in emergent situations when accident may occur at any moment. If so, who will be resposible for that?

Being a reputed organiztion is it not the responsibility to look into the safety aspect of the consumers.
