Ticket fare charges

Kindly note the ticket conductor for Marathalli to Shivajinagar route n vice versa charge 13 INR one way... but on 16th aug bus number 331 dep. time 2030 hrs charged 15 INR stating the charges is been revised... ticket no. KL 14 128370 11 Rs B45 305506 4 Rs = Total 15 rs was charged... i gave him 20 rs where 5 rs change he denied several time instead i saw he had sufficient amt . of change in his bag... the conductor was very rude n shouted in bus just for asking my change back... i have mentioned the ticket no. to track the conductor in that bus n to teach him a lesson how to behave in public n specially to a girl n secondly reg the amt charged im sure he charged me wrong cause many times i have seen conductor giving old utilised tkt of other passenger in order to make money n many times they will say no change to many passenger really good way of making extra money... i think this all are wrong practise n may encourage to corruption . kindly take serious action on the same.
