Late delivery of cylinders

My consumer no.23401 and I am a resident of A1/12, LIC Flats, Sector-2, Vidhyadhar Nagar, jaipur (My cell No. is 982853368 M/s Niranjan Gas agency Central Spine Vidhyadhar Nagar Jaipur (Indane Gas) is the distributor for my connection. When ever I have been trying to contact the said agency the phone remains busy and many time they have a endless hold. I have been trying for more than 16 days) over phone continously for delivery of the gas cylinder. But am very sorry to bring to your notice that there is no response from them. The tel. nos. provided by them (0141-2236070, 2232106, 2231046) remains busy and not answaring, the gas has not been delivered till date. Every time I have to face this problem for booking of gas cylinder. I am facing this problem from last one year and delivery of cylinder is after 45-50 days.

Kindly look into the matter and ask the distributor to set his booking and delivery system as per govt guidelines in this regard, and have some acknoledgement system to overcome this situation.
