INDIAN PASSPIORT
NON RECEIPT

DEAR SIR,

I had applied for passport on 7th January vide application reference No. B 001123 from Mumbai. On 20th April Ie. after more than 100 days i had received mobile alert that my passport has been despatched by speed post vide regn no.0718 on 20.04.2010.Th same information has also been updated in the passport status site. But, to my surprise I have still not received my passport in my hand till this moment (23/04/10, 13.15 hrs.) when speed post is supposed to be reaching in maximum 72 hrs to even far off places. Ironically my postal address is about 1.5 kms away from the passport issuing office. Please let me know how to track the despatched passport.
