Passport Not Receieved yet

Sir,

I am Kandala Pradeep Kumar applied for passport on 21st July everything gone fine i was expected to get my passport dispatched by 10th august according to the official site http://passportstatus.nic.in/passmain.php? city=hyd my File reference number is HYD-A320808-10.On 25th the status changed to It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be despatched in a week's time and still today the status is same and i have not received my passport.

Please help me in this regard.
