NON DELIVERY OF FOREIGN GIFT PACKETS

Respected Sir,

I am a permanent resident of Sukantapally, Fansidanga, Bankura (Ward no. 7) for last 3 years. For the last several months, I am not receiving the gift packets/parcel sent by foreign organization at my address. Some months before I have also received a packet from Japan with open condition and the gift containing in the packet was missing. The postman said that he is received the packet as like that. I dont know where and how my gift packets was missing and who will be responsible for that. Please investigate the matter and take appropriate action so that I can receive my packets/parcels in safe.
