Delay in delivery of Documents

My name is Kalpesh Bhadra, i am staying in Thane (Maharashtra State). I had applied for Graduate Trainee Test, organised by ONGC. The test held on 20th June, all over the India.

I had applied for this test, but i could not appear for the test because Posatal department made delivery of my Hall Ticket on 24th June. The dealy in Delivery of Hall Ticket was the reason for me to not appeared for the test, and the entire Postal Deprtment is responsible for that.

When I went to the Post Office in Our area Wagle Estate, they are not ready to accept their mistakes and saying that if you want to do complaint do it, we donot care about that.

Therefore, i would like to register complaint against Postal Department for their irresponsible Postmans and thier imporper management.
