Not delivered speed post of important document

I have sent a speed post of my 10th and 12 marksheet to noida. My consigment number is ef959869215in dated 09-jul. It is already 9 days still it is not delivered. When i have traced on site, it is showing following movement-:

09/07 14:06:14 LAHERIASARAI HO Article Booked

09/07 14:51:34 LAHERIASARAI HO BARAUNI RMS Article Bagged Bag (Number: EBF0088454681)

I have asked at darbhanga PO and noida PO both, but no body is taking responsibilty. Please resolve my problem so that i can take admission in college in this session.
