Parcel not received at postal address

I had sent a registered parcel through indian post office sector-12, chandigarh on 16/2, But the parcel was not received at a given address. When I contacted the post office incharge about the delievery status, they told me that there is no delivery record in their office. I had also try to track the parcel record on the online site of the post office but nothing has ben found fruitful. Now I am in midway where to trace my parcel.
