One mis pass book missing

Out of 2 mis pass book no 256107 dtd 23/2/06 and 256109 dtd 23/2/06 deposited at rat an Singh ch-auk PO one of the mis copy had been miss somewhere during transfer of my services from Punjab to west Bengal 24 pargana south . for which Mr dhingra agent PO was informed by various sms and reminder through mobile but regret to inform no action had taken so far . pl advice me what is to be done so that i could get my capital amount which is rs 50000/- interest. presently i am living at 24 pargana south west Bengal
