Non-delivery of Vehicle

I booked my TVS-victor motorcycle reg. no. BR-1V 1488 on 14.02.2010 from Patna Junction to Katihar Junction through Railway Parcel service. Bill no. 339226 . but after 05 days the vehicle is not reached to Katihar Junction . after contacting the Patna Railway station parcel office they said that they load the vehicle on 15-02 in capital express train no.- 3248 but the vehicle is trace less yet . railway officers not cooperate at all . pls do some thing
