Efund not made

I was booking an e-ticket but due to an error occured in mid of transaction the transaction were made with transaction id 0304058234 and 0303618362 each of Rs 208.00 from my bank account (AXIS BANK) on 02.02.2011 and03.02.2011 but tickets for both the transaction were not booked. I have not received the refund till date. kindly help me to get the refund.
