Non-availability of water during meals

Sir/Madam,

this is to bring to your notice the poor provision of service on board the sbc-ghy express (train no- 12509) dated 02-05. The lack of basic amenities like water is so much in poor taste that i as a passenger have decided to take up cudgels against this grave injustice perpetrated by indian railways. It not only serves service-provider ethics but also common-sense to supply drinking water along with the meals on the trains. I happen to suspect that the vendors have been routing the supplies of packeted water to unscrupulous dealers on the sly, the same water that was meant for the consumption of the passengers and which comes as a complimentary item with the meals.

I, therefore, request you to kindly look into this matter and reply to me at the earliest.
