Dear Sir,

My parents and I were travelling by Vaigai Express from madurai to Chennai on 5 . 12 . 2009 by 3rd A C Sleeper. A short while after the train started, the A C gave way and the passengers had to spend the rest of the journey in the heat. It is very unfortunate that middle class citizens of this country who are paying through their noses for these services have to face such inefficiency and inconvenience. I hope the railways will look into such issues more seriously in the future.
