Bribe taking and out of turn allotment of berths

I was travelling on Visakhapatnam to LTT express on 25th May My PNR No. is 615-6487811. We are 3 of us and placed at RAC 1, 2&3. A TTE who boarded the train in Vijayawada (who refused to tell me his name) had allotted a vacant berth to a person who was RAC 6 instead of me after taking a bribe from him in front of every body there. The vacant berth PNR is 6256891581 for berth no. 45 and the person who was alloted the berth has PNR NO.6146949638. He was allotted berth No.45.When I asked him the reason, he was telling me that RAC berths are alloted as per each one's luck and not in order. He was very rude and threw his file in front of me and challenged me to complain to anyone I liked. This was a rude shock to me and my idea about Indian Railways has changed now. I have signatures of other witnesses, who saw him taking the bribe. I am willing to attend any office anywhere any time to prove my point.
