I have send a speed post Dated 13.04. no: EU989246687IN from Modipuram, Meerut, UP post office. It is addressed to The Controller of Patents and Designs,

Till today it is not delivered. It's very urgent to receive there for my processing of my Patent application. A DD of Rs 2500/ is also enclosed with it as patent examination fee.

I earnestly request you to take necessary steps.
