Ailway staff uncorporated and indecient behaviou

Dear Sir

This is regards to the incidence on 10th july at MIRA ROAD RAILWAY main TICKET COUNTER

Sir we had faced a indecency and attitude and uncorporated behaviour fron your western railway staff of mira road, I needed a coupon of 50rs and had given rs 100 to counter no 3 lady she said i need change 50 or else coupon nahi mileage ya toh 100 rs ka nad then i told them ok refill my CVM card they said yah ape refilling nahi hota they just made me run from 1 counter to another counter along with my 5 yeras old daughter .. they are just not co-operateive .. If u working in government firm that dosent mean u can behave and talk to other people the way u want that was disgusting in middle of a long big line the staff will chit chat crack joke and anytime they shut window saying abhi time khatam this is not a way that wsa sadest part from those staff to behave in such a illetrate manner, Finally i have to take 50 rs ka 2 coupons, i would like to ask one thing because of the negligence of the staff people cannot board the train and they board the other over crowded train if in case if god for bid something would happen to me or my daughter is that railway staff was responsible... I think allot job to people who value and respect their respective jobs not to the people who thinks govt ka job hain na kabhi bhi aao and jao dusro se kaise bhi baat karo...

I will be very oblidged id you look into this matter and take strict action agains that staff who was present on 10th july morning shift at mira road around 9.00 am morning
