Non-delivery of my financial document via speed post

I booked speed post no. ED907312311IN dated 09 June'2012. But its has neither been received by the addressee nor returned back to the sender (me). Your tracking portal reflecting the speed post currently at Nangal Raya SO. I have also tried to reach several officers of GPO, New Delhi but none of them were able to resolve my query and blaming each other.
It is now more than 18 days for which I am suffering. This negligence is not at all accepted by India Post who claims to satisfy 1.4 crores customers per month. The speed post contains some of my financial documents from which I am bearing loss. Moreover, Indian Post will be liable for all my compensations.
Resolve my complaint as soon as possible to prevent and any further legal action. You may contact me at 9810362793.
