Postman is taking money for delivering letters

Dear sir/ma'am,

This is to inform you that, our postman named Yogesh Bhardwaj (9871265777) asks for money to deliver the mails to us. If someone refuses to give the money, he doesn't deliver the mails thereafter. After I refused to give money, he has detained some of my mails like 2 Adhaar Cards (Article No:569509896IN) and some Entrance Exam marks sheet which are necessary to produce while taking admission into college. He asks Rs 10 for normal documents like Adhar Card or other mails, Rs 50 for PAN Cards or if I get check from LIC offices as bonus, and Rs 100 for passport and all very important documents. So we are very frustrated at this postman and want this postman to be punished.
