EPF Status

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is really upsetting to complaint about such a renowned govt organization named Employee's Provident fund. I have submitted my PF Claim (Membership No. DL/19848/858) in 31 Dec through my previous employer Infotec Network System Ltd (INS E Solutions Ltd). Its been almost 4 months & I have not received my claim yet. I also tried calling the Customer Care of Dwarka office but nobody answers the phone. I'm in need of that money but PF office are not paying any attention. Its not a charity they are doing, I worked hard for that money and I have paid from my salary. Request you to look into this matter and resolve it at the earliest.
