Leaking gas cylinde

Customer No.03024 of M/s. Narayan Krupa gas agency, New sama road, baroda:

The undersigned received a leaking cylinder. With difficulty, contacted the agency.(Phone No. engage, not working, ESC No.not working etc.). On the fourth day, the technician comes and passes the buck on to the gas burner and leaves without bothering. The burner agency came and verified that the burner as O.K.They showed the defect in the cylinder.

Again contacting the agency with the same feedback. Nobody seems to have the sense of urgency in a matter like cylinder gas leakage.

On 8th Dece. contacted the Indane customer service centre- on their day and time. The concerned officer (MISS REKHA NAGVEKAR) had already left the place before time and was sitting at nearby gas agency (Sriram Gas Agency). On contaccting her, she refused to accept my written complain and advised to contact Mr. A.C.PAREKH.

Even the next cylinder was found to be leaking. Both these executives found to have no concern. Pl advise.
