Status of my PF refund

Reg: withdrawal/transfer of my Provident Fund Account

This is to bring to your kind notice that I had joined Ispat Industries Limited on 13.10.1999 & resigned from the services of the company on 18.05.2007 on my own accord. The company (IMIL) had got merged into IIL in the year 2004 owing to which I had two PF accounts.

My PF Account Numbers are as follows-

IMIL PFNo. MH/95869/312

IIL PF No. MH/38477/4646

Now I would like to submit as under:

1. I have received the amount vide receipt no.316688 dated 28.09. Rs.49855 (Against PF NO. MH/38477/4646).

2. As per Provident Fund slip received for 2007 against PF No. MH/38477/4646, the balance shown as Employee's contribution Amount Rs.115292 & Employer's Contribution amount Rs.55796.I have applied numerous number of times for withdrawal of the same but I have not received the amount till date.

I have completed all formalities in this regard and have filled and submitted the requisite form.

You are requested to please update me in this regard and instruct the concerned to heed to my request and arrange for the refund of the said amount.
